自上次于六月尾去找中华校长讨论小学营的初步策划后，一转眼就停工了两个月>...<
最近觉得时日无多了，如果真的要办这小学营，两个星期内最好可以完成计划书并找完淡边所有华小校长征求意见了...
可是，这营到底要不要弄的啊？
所以，在这里征求大哥大姐们的意见...
上星期见了几位中三的，他们还蛮想办这个营的，不过他们要求由中四的掌权，他们负责帮忙就行了...他们对自己还没信心...
所以，各位觉得如何？该让中三的还是中四的掌权？
我在想-----
是要现在就先完成计划书，找校长们讨论后如果没异议就出报名表格了...
然后待中三的考完PMR后在安排筹委会...
还是现在就先安排筹委会，我再督促+帮忙他们处理一切大小事？
上次和依雯讨论后发现可以办营的日期大概是在12月第3 个礼拜...
由于是学校假期，学生们会在周末出去玩，所以我们觉得把营安排在周一至周五比较妥当...
然后父母要做工也不会一直来探营...XD （这是刚刚想到的....）
不知道大哥大姐们谁在这段时间是得空的？可以来帮忙的？
日期可以更改的，只是不能放在12-15/12/09，因为是中学生佛学营的大日子....
至于适合小学生的活动，大家有什么意见吗？
有些童军特色又能吸引小学生的...
最好是能让营员们从此爱上童军不能自拔的那种~~~ XD
对了，这小学营要开放给几年级的学生啊？
二年级--六年级行吗？

in my opinion, let form 3 to run the camp..
coz form 4 i plan to ask them start to run the campfire things after piala..
and let form 3 learn more^^
to prepare or train them to be a leader..
form 3 sure no problem..
we form two run "red dragon" camp ad^^
form the install must set a time 1st..
then just disscuss the program..
the program is piece of cake^^
dun worry^^ and be prepared^^
alot of of member have internet service but why so less ppl come here de?
form those form 3 and form and all rovers and scouter pls contribute abit^^(at least give some support or opinion that's very good ad ^^)

T.T... 3rd week of dec i got class oredi...
got 1 activity i think can make ppl fall in love with scouting but require high budget/cost/watever u call it.
it's called geocaching. it's similar with treasure hunt. the difference is we provide a coordination to the student, then the student use gps device to find road to tat particular coordination. it can be improvised by putting another coordination in the 1st given coordination/position/location. by doing this, ppl not only enjoy the goodness of technology, they also will like the process.

maybe can ask some rover help to meet principal 1st...see who in tampin...is not must to meet the principal in school...sat or sun also can meet him at his house but make appointment before that..

现报告报告这两天的进展...
工委名单大致上算是确定了...应该还会有些微微的更动...

地点原本是定在中华小学的，但后来经过再三讨论，觉得如果能办在校外应该会更有意义...

刚刚才向主席提议的，等候她明天去学校问了工委们的意见后再做打算...

这周末将会去找中华、培智及新村华小的校长，希望他们支持我们这次办的营...
时间及地点方面会询问他们的意见...

若没意外，希望在马来年假期后就能派出宣传纸及报名表格...

tis camp is 4 standard 4-6 students...
见了中华校长，却不能开新帖，因为暂时的筹备真的是遇到了阻滞~ 跟校长讨论的第一项--------时间就遇上大麻烦~
中华历年主办的飞跃舞台生活营为了配合中五SPM考试的时间，打算把日期延后，既是18-20/12，跟我们的计划撞个正着....
飞跃舞台的顾问老师谭老师发表了些意见----淡边的家长没什么可能会让孩子在同一个月参加两次营~也就是说中华的学生几乎没什么可能会参与我们的营，他们肯定会选择他们比较熟悉的飞跃舞台...
校长甚至有意思想让我们的童军营和飞跃舞台联办!!! 这几乎没什么可能，相信来自各种制服团体飞跃舞台的工委们也不会同意...我们要进行的可是全童军式的活动...更何况我们希望淡边各华小的童子军都能参加这营，而飞跃舞台只公开给中华学生...
这次小学营我们真的势在必办~因此我们计划把营员目标转向培智与新村，但我们还没见到这两间学校的校长，因此不知道我们是否又能力招到至少80-100位营员...
中华校长说将会与谭老师讨论，事后再联络我们...
现在能做的也只能等待-----------等待中华校长给予我们答复，等待培智新村的校长有空“接见”我们....

上次开会后忘了报告小学营的地点的选择：
1. 普中
~其实在普中蛮不错的，对小学生而言比较有新鲜感..而且又靠近医院、Tmn Rekreasi Tampin及淡边大草场...方便我们进行户外活动...而且普中也有比较大的起营地方...
但，我们面对最大的问题就是普中校方拥有80%的机率是不会把校园借给我们的...中三的考完试后会努力征求校方同意...这是他们的意见...希望他们成功...
2. 中华小学
~在这儿的最大好处就是校方肯定原意把校园借给我们，而且家长们都非常熟悉中华，载送都不是问题...但由于学生们都对中华的校园太熟悉，反而没了新鲜感...

上星期四与紫芸去见了新村小学校长...
对于这小学营，校长既不表示非常支持，也不反对...
只是要我们把一切程序都写在宣传纸上让家长知道...至于要不要让孩子们参加使他们的选择...
校长说会帮我们把宣传纸及报名表格派发给学生及家长...

其实对于营员的人数，大家有什么意见吗？大家觉得至少该有多少位营员？
由于《飞跃舞台》小学营的关系，中华来的营员肯定不会很多，而新村有大约40位童军，我们大概预测有一半的童子军会参加此营，而培智小学的情况相信跟新村的也相去不远，所以$也就是说我们很大几率只会有40++营员，或则更少...
那这小学营还要不要办？
我个人觉得有40位营员就可以办了...
就好比我们的历年的Kem Asas 的营员也不多啊~
或许较少的营员能提供我们更多与他们互动的机会....
