Please kindly leave us some info about your school's timetable of july or august monthly school test, so that we could arrange our weekly training and perjumpaan to avoid from disturbing your study

For PMR and SPM candidates of 2011, please let us know when is your trial and the real exam too if you have confirmed about that.

Survivor Skill Training Camp 2011

Our rovers scoutmaster, mr Brandon Chee wish to have a survivor skill training camp with you guys.

30-Hour Famine Swallow Fortress DIY Camp - 饥饿30燕城DIY营

The 30-Hour Famine is a global movement against hunger and poverty. Since its inception 40 years ago, this annual event has gained popularity, particularly among youths and young adults. It has also gained a reputation as being the biggest – and most fun! — youth fundraising event in the world.

By going without solid food for 30 hours, you can give those who are suffering from hunger and poverty the opportunity for improved health, better quality of life, and most importantly, hope.

At the DIY Camp, you will experience how it feels to be hungry together with other like-minded activists. You will also learn about global poverty. The funds you raise prior to the camp will touch the lives of children and families in need.

WEEKLY MEETING AND TRAINING DAY

Started from 18/6, our troop carries out weekly meeting(perjumpaan) and training day on every saturday for all troop members.
The activities are mainly based on scouts(pengakap muda) and seniors scouts(pengakap remaja) training syllabus.
SJK(C) Chung Hua Tampin will be the training venue for most of the time, unless you are informed that venue is changed to certain place for certain activity.

Time : 8.30am-12.00pm

For those senior scouts of form 4 or 5, you can come at 8am, scouters will be there before 8am, so that we can have our own time to rush for your log books.
If you have any tuition class within the time, you can inform scouters and ask for permission to go out for tuition class.
And for those who cant attend to the meeting and training, please kindly inform scouters earlier and leave any kind of message either on facebook or blog, as your responsibility as a scout member of our troop.


Rovers are encouraged to have your own activity during the meeting too. If your help is needed for scout and senior scout's activity, you will be informed earlier.


Your involvement is important to spread the scout spirit among swallow fortress.
Hope everyone of you will success and happy in scouting.
